Job Title: Day-to-Day Cover Supervisor

Are you passionate about education and looking for a dynamic role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities? We are seeking a dedicated Day-to-Day Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Reading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and effectively manage classroom behavior.
- Provide support and assistance to students in their learning activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behavior.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administration to ensure continuity of learning.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subject areas and year groups.
