Key Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Conduct observations and assessments to track children's progress and inform planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
