Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Reception pupils following the national curriculum.
  • Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to pupils, parents, and colleagues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching in EYFS, particularly Reception, is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about education and dedicated to the success of every pupil.
