A primary school in central Northampton is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assitant to join their team on a full time basis. This is to start ASAP and for the right person, there is a strong possibility this will transfer to a temporary to permanent contract.
Ideally you will have a Level 3 or 4 Teaching Assistant qualification however this is not essential. You must have Teaching Assistant experience, up to date UK primary curriculum knowledge and ideally some experience class teaching.
As the succesful Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be providing class teacher cover across all primary year groups. This will also include running intervention groups to raise attainment and engagement in learning.
