Previous recruitment/work (if none then education) experience? This is my first recruitment role, I have 3+ years retail experience and a Level 3 Sports Development Coaching and Fitness for football qualification. I am also studying to be a PT.
What do you like about your recruitment? I love how busy my days are, talking to candidates and building relationships with different people each day😊
What do you do outside of work? I go to the gym, lift weights and balance that with a cocktail most weekends😊

In another life, I'm pretty sure I was an athlete…
If I won the lottery tomorrow, I'd start a gym wear company. And, you know, keep working here.
If I wasn’t so good at my job, I'd probably be a football coach.
