Senior Recruitment Consultant

About Fae

Regions you cover and roles you recruit for: Milton Keynes & Northamptonshire (Early Years)

Previous recruitment experience? I recruited my teams for early years settings that I’ve managed in the past and decided to branch out to work in recruitment full-time in 2020.

What do you like about your recruitment? Being a ‘people person,’ I love building relationships with candidates and clients alike. I can especially relate to each; from previously working as an EYFS teacher and running childcare settings.

What do you do outside of work? I’m a feeder and like to cook for family and friends. Some years living in Italy have given me a name for cooking good pasta! Long walks with my Cockapoo Jeff help to walk off food comas!

Favourite quote? Live your best life!

In another life, I'm pretty sure I was living a lavish period-drama-styled life

If I won the lottery tomorrow, I'd start a animal rescue company. And, you know, keep working here.

If I wasn’t so good at my job, I'd probably be volunteering to work with animals and travel as much as possible

If I were a superhero, my superpower would be to control time!

Anything else you would like to tell the world? I speak Italian as I enjoyed 8 years living/working abroad in Italy and then the Middle East.
