Previous recruitment/work experience? 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical recruitment, followed by 13 years in school working as a Science Teacher/Head of Science/Whole School Lead for More Able Students/Senior Teacher/Associate Assistant Headteacher.
What do you like (think you’ll like) about your recruitment? Building on the relationships and network that I already have with teachers at all levels within Secondary Education and continuing to support schools and colleagues in their professional journeys. The role is fast paced and diverse and allows me to continue to make a difference to the lives of young people, by ensuring that they have the best possible teachers in front of them.
What do you do outside of work? Spending time with family and friends. I enjoy music, and following having my son, I look forward to returning to the gym and lifting heavy things!

In another life, I'm pretty sure I was an explorer.
If I won the lottery tomorrow, I'd probably go back to University and study Science for fun …. And, you know, keep working here.
If I wasn’t so good at my job, I'd probably be trying to be better (I plan to take over the world!)
