Our client school is a vibrant, three-form entry primary school in the north of Ipswich. The school hosts a 25 place Specialist Support Centre for pupils with moderate learning difficulties, giving approximately 655 pupils on roll. The school boasts large grounds, an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium and excellent ICT provision. We pride ourselves in the broad and engaging curriculum we offer our pupils; sport, arts and culture feature highly and are used to enhance the curriculum in all areas. The curriculum is very well resourced. There are opportunities for all teachers to lead a subject or be part of a subject leadership team. 

The school received a “Good” Ofsted rating in April 2017.
This great school became an academy in May 2014 and prides itself in allowing each of their schools to develop a curriculum that meets the needs of the pupils in the school. They work closely with the school, providing specialist advisory support as necessary and offering excellent middle and senior-leadership development. They work closely with other schools in the local area.

We have a 0.5 FTE class teacher vacancy in Year R from September 2018. The successful applicant will be required to work two days each week, plus every other Wednesday.

  • Must have UK QTS (Or recognised teaching qualification)
  • Degree Level Qualification
  • Able to teach EYFS
  • Good Behaviour Management Skills
  • Experience in UK Classroom
  • UK DBS (within last 3 Years)
