Do you have previous experience of supporting children with Autism?
We are working with an SEN school in Milton Keynes that are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to provide support to vulnerable pupils with Autism and speech and language communication needs.
You will be working with small groups of pupils or 1:1 to provide essential support and provide an inclusive learning environment.
You will be helping children with educational and sensory-based learning to help raise attainment and improve speech and social skills.
As an Autism Teaching Assistant, you will be able to adapt to pupils' routines, learn their triggers and de-escalate behaviour.
