Due to an increase in demand, Dunbar Education is recruiting Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistants that are immediately available.

As a Behaviour Support Specialist you will be working either 1:1 or on a small group basis with pupils who struggle with education and attending school.

You will be supporting both within and outside the classroom, a behaviour support teaching assistant will reduce levels of unauthorised absence, increase pupil's confidence and social skills, raise attainment, and confidently de-escalate challenging behaviour.
