We are looking for an experienced behaviour support teaching assistant to join our team on a long-term basis, with an immediate start. In this role, you will be responsible for helping and assisting our young students who may need extra emotional and social guidance. You will play a vital part in their education by providing emotional, social, and behaviour support within the classroom, as well as other extra-curricular activities.
To be considered for this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a creative and proactive attitude, and the ability to form a positive and respectful relationship with our students. It would be desirable if you have previously worked with students who have mental and emotional needs.
