We are working with a Primary School within Hertofrdshire that is looking for a Class Teacher to begin in November.
This position would be permament and will either be based in Key Stage 1 or Lower Key Stage 2.
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic teacher who works well as part of a close-knit team. A good sense of humor and flexibility are essential qualities, as you will be collaborating within a small team. Knowledge and experience of the National Curriculum and Therapeutic Thinking approaches are key to the role.

The main duties of this role:
- Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum to meet diverse student needs.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly assess students' learning through formal and informal methods, using data to tailor instruction.
- Manage the Classroom: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment with strong behavior management strategies.
- Work Collaboratively: Collaborate with teaching assistants and staff, including SEN specialists, to support all pupils effectively.
- Communicate with Parents: Maintain strong home-school communication, updating parents on student progress and strategies for improvement.
Requirements to apply:
- UK QTS - Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience teaching in a UK Primary School
- Proven results in a previous role with academic levels
