Compliance Administrator

Job Description

Do you have an eye for detail and are passionate about compliance and administration? If so, then we've got an opportunity for you.

We are currently looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team. As the Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for completing detailed candidate, ID, DBS and many other checks, while adhering to compliance regulations and relevant laws.

You will have the responsibility of completing all the compliance paperwork associated with potential hires and regularly reporting back to the team with your findings. As well as checking candidates, you will need to keep up to date with all relevant laws and ensure we meet all of our compliance regulations.

The successful candidate should have an eye for detail, as well as strong problem solving and communication skills. They should be experienced with a range of different checks and processes, such as DBS and ID checks, and be comfortable dealing with highly sensitive data. The ideal candidate will also have a proactive approach to compliance and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

The Person

To be considered for this post you will be an outgoing and personable character with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. You will be confident speaking to build rapport with candidates, schools and colleagues; on the phone and over email. You will have basic computer skills and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment, ready to recruit the best people.

Salary: £19,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
