Key Responsibilities:

Provide effective cover in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning
Support students across KS3 and KS4

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
Strong classroom management skills
Flexible and adaptable to different school environments
Ability to work on short notice and handle a variety of subjects
