We're on the hunt for an English and History Teacher to join a diverse Secondary School team in Hertford. As a dedicated and hardworking Teacher, you'll use your experience and passion to foster an environment of learning and exploration within the classroom.
This role will begin on April 2023 with the potential of becoming permanent from September.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in teaching English and History to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students and will have the ability to promote a safe, motivating and engaging learning environment for pupils. They should have strong subject knowledge and be comfortable working in an interdisciplinary capacity.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering interactive lessons
- Implementing strategies to motivate and inspire students
- Facilitating constructive discussion around course topics
- Providing comprehensive feedback and grades to pupils
- Maintaining a healthy and safe learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience in teaching English and History to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- An outstanding track record in producing engaging lessons
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English or History
- A creative, interactive and student-focused teaching approach
- Valid Teaching Qualification
- Professional experience in Secondary School
