We are seeking a SENCO with experience, dedication, and enthusiasm to drive change and success in our team. As SENCO, you will play a key role in helping our SEN pupils by designing and delivering tailored interventions that identify, assess and address the individual needs of each pupil. You will assess pupils' needs, monitor their progress and refer them to external professionals when needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with teachers and support staff to devise suitable learning plans for SEN pupils, enabling them to develop, reach their goals and maximise their potential.
You must have strong communication and organisational skills, as well as resilience and creativity. In addition, you must have a genuine commitment to the needs of children and young people with SEN and have relevant qualifications including QTS and SENCO.
