At Dunbar Education, we are working exclusively with a trust in Essex who are seeking a Geography lead practitioner to join their school in Harlow and enhance the English department. Last year this school was graded inadequate by Ofsted and since then they have become a new addition to the trust. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong drive to succeed. Ideally someone who will set up students to thrive and most importantly improve Geography attainment throughout the school.

What is expected of you?

The person appointed will be expected to make a significant contribution to the academic, moral and cultural well-being of students. Applications are welcome from established teachers. Candidates must ideally hold QTS/QTLS and have at least 3 years' experience teaching Geography (KS3-KS4). Any management and or leadership experience would be advantageous.
