This is an all age special school for pupils aged 4 - 18 with a wide range of learning difficulties. This includes moderate or severe learning difficulties; speech, language and communication needs; some medical difficulties and an all age specialist autism provision

They believe that their pupils deserve not only the best teaching, but also the most creative opportunities through the curriculum. They are known for providing a creative learning environment where pupils and staff are respected, valued and encouraged to be the very best they can be.

The school are looking to appoint a candidate to join this already fantastic team. The suitable candidate will ideally have some experience supporting children with challenging behaviour, and be able to support individual pupils on a one to one basis.

The School is happy to consider either highly experienced or newly experienced HLTA's with some background within SEN. You will be an energetic and self-motivated candidate with organisational and administrative skills. Somebody who thrives on enabling each and every young person to unlock their true potential, you will take particular concern for providing the conditions in which pupils exceed expectations. You will support each child throughout their progress and individually asses each child's induvial learning needs.
