We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our primary school in Milton Keynes. As a HLTA you will be providing invaluable support to teachers and students in the classroom and beyond. You will need to be organised, flexible, patient, and able to work with a range of abilities.
Your duties will include:
* Assisting teachers with planning and preparation of lessons
* Supervising class work and student activities in line with lesson plans
* Assessing, monitoring, and supporting the development of students
* Delivering lessons, demonstrating best practices and positive approaches
* Organising, coordinating, and taking part in extra-curricular activities
* Promoting student well-being and behaviour management
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or HLTA who is looking to gain more experience in a school setting. This position is available to start as soon as possible.
The salary for this role will be between £90 - £110 depending on experience and qualifications. This is a 4-form entry, Ofsted Good school.
