Your Responsibilities:
- Provide adaptable support across various age groups and classes.
- Assist students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to enhance their learning and personal development.
- Support students during lessons and playtimes.
- Help plan and implement extracurricular activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to achieve the best outcomes for students.
What We're Seeking:
- DBS: A valid DBS on the Update Service is required, or willingness to apply for one.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children is essential.
- Qualifications: A degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Desirable Skills: A background in sports is beneficial but not essential.
