Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the Mathematics department, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning are maintained.

- Provide support and guidance to teaching staff within the department, promoting professional development and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring strategies are in place to support underachieving students.
- Teach Mathematics to students across a range of age and ability levels, taking on full teaching responsibilities, including lesson planning, marking, and reporting.
- Foster a positive learning environment and promote a passion for mathematics among students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics across key stages, with the ability to lead and inspire a department.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in curriculum development and student assessment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate both staff and students.
