The Role: As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the nursery team in delivering outstanding care and education to the children. You will work under the guidance of experienced Early Years practitioners, assisting in the planning and implementation of activities that promote the physical, social, and cognitive development of the children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3).
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children.
