Job Description: As a Nursery Keyworker, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early development of the children in our care. You will be responsible for creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere for our children, ensuring their well-being, safety, and educational progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a group of children within the nursery, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate activities and lessons to promote early learning and development.
Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
Conduct observations and assessments to track children's development and create individualized learning plans.
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery, fostering a sense of belonging and respect among children.
Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education is essential.
A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is required.
Previous experience working in an early years setting is preferred.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with children and a dedication to their well-being and development.
First Aid and Safeguarding training would be advantageous.
