Physics Teacher - Permanent Position, Start September 2023

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Physics Teacher to join our successful school in Harlow. The successful candidate will have expertise and experience in the field of Physics. Responsibilities include developing and testing theories and processes, as well as assisting with research projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

The role involves teaching a range of students of all ages, delivering engaging lessons and helping students reach their potential in Physics. You will be responsible for designing, preparing and delivering Physics lessons that engage students in learning, as well as taking part in extra-curricular activities such as clubs, visits and trips.

The successful applicant will need:

  • A recognised teaching qualification
  • Good knowledge of the national curriculum for Physics
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to plan engaging lessons
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An enthusiasm for working with young people and an ability to motivate them
