What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Experience working in an SEMH/behavioural setting
- Additional qualifications such as the Enhanced Pathways Programme (EPs) would be ideal but not essential
- Strong behaviour management skills and a passion for making a positive impact on young lives
- A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach to teaching
