PHSE Teacher
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional capable of delivering PSHE (Personal, social, health and economic) lessons in a secondary setting in Milton Keynes.
This will be in a reduced class size helping manage their development, from learning new skills to participation, most students are on EHCP.
PSHE Teacher Job Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership and management with regard to PSHE learning
To support schools in implementing strategies related to physical and emotional health education through training, coaching and advice
To support development in Education settings of best practice in PSHE education
In work in collaboration with the Head of Department to establish clear targets for pupil achievement, and evaluate progress and achievement in the subject by all pupils
To teach across all key stages
You will also have a very approachable manner and a range of behaviour management techniques to be able to keep students engaged in the work being set for them. Patience, praise and personality are required to work in this school setting to ensure a good stimulating teaching and learning environment is created.
