We are currently looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to offer support to a local school in Corby, Northamptonshire. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, enthusiastic, kind and someone who loves working with children. Our school has a richly diverse community in which children with many special needs, languages and cultures.
We are looking for someone who would love to work within a school with a smile on their face and light up the room for the children who come in on a daily basis.
We will need someone who can develop an understanding of safeguarding and always make this a priority. Implement strategies to support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, developing an understanding of their Special Educational Needs. Most importantly work as part of a team to manage behaviour positively and in line with each pupil's Behaviour Support Plan.
