Dunbar Education are currently working with a Special School near Sawbridgeworth who support pupils aged 5 to 19 yrs. We are currently helping them recruit an enthusiastic and energetic SEN Teacher to work with their fantastic young people. This is a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will play a crucial role in supporting young people with a range of complex needs, including neurological conditions potentially caused or complicated by epilepsy. The school is part of a charity run organisation and teaches both on-site residential and day pupils.

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a specialist team to lead class groups in all aspects of their flexible curriculum. You will ensure the optimum contribution of support staff and engagement of children and young people in consistently inspirational lessons. There is a holistic approach to learning as teachers, teaching assistants, therapists, nurses and care staff collaborate in a consistent team effort.
