Role: Student Support Officer
Location: Secondary School, Peterborough

Salary £25,119.00 - £27,803.00 Annually (FTE)
Pro Rata Salary starting at £21,675. Term Time Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to students struggling with behaviour management.
- Mentor individual students to reduce low-level classroom disruptions.
- Support staff and students with challenging behaviour both in and out of class.
- Assist in managing the RAISE and RESET Rooms and the "On Call" provision.
- Collaborate with the Student Support Team to ensure the consistent implementation of the Behaviour Policy.
- Provide daily reports and assist with other duties as required.
