Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the class teacher with daily activities and lesson delivery
  • Assisting pupils with their learning, ensuring they stay engaged and motivated
  • Providing 1-1 support to pupils where necessary, helping with their social and emotional well-being
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Helping to prepare resources and setting up activities for the class

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A desire to make a real difference in the classroom
