Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher with daily activities and lesson delivery
- Assisting pupils with their learning, ensuring they stay engaged and motivated
- Providing 1-1 support to pupils where necessary, helping with their social and emotional well-being
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Helping to prepare resources and setting up activities for the class
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A desire to make a real difference in the classroom
