We are looking for a motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a SEMH School in Corby.
The successful candidate will have experience in SEN teaching and must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to engage with pupils on an individual basis. The role will involve supporting pupils in a range of educational activities.
The pupils here have a range of needs.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience working with pupils with Social, emotional & mental health (SEMH)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for helping young people reach their full potential
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
