Dunbar Education is looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our team in our Milton Keynes office. As a relatively new company, we are a fast-growing business with a forward-thinking and modern outlook on working life and recruitment as a whole.
What we do
At Dunbar, we recruit Primary and Secondary teachers from the UK and Overseas for short term, long term and permanent positions within schools based locally and throughout the South of England.
The Role
Working within our busy secondary team, recruiting for both temporary and permanent vacancies, you will be involved in every step of the recruitment process and will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure from day one. Summary of roles below.

The Person
Many people moving into recruitment will have some experience of sales, and while this is great, what is much more important is the ability to build relationships and deliver on promises. To be considered for this post you will be an outgoing and personable character with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. You will be confident speaking on the phone as well as have basic computer skills. Recruitment is a tough job, so you have to really have to want it!
