We are currently seeking Unqualified Teachers & Cover Supervisors to join an alternative provision in Northampton.
The role requires working with secondary-age students. This role is also welcome to people with little experience as the school can support with learning. This is open to full-time and part-time applicants.
The successful candidate will also be given support to complete their QTLS certificate.
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for helping young people
- Knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
