Dunbar Education is working in partnership with a primary school in Northampton that is seeking a teacher to work in a year 4 class on a full-time basis.
This is a three-form entry school, so you are able to joint plan with the second-year group teacher to reduce teacher planning time. You will also have support from a full-time Teaching Assistant and part-time 1:1 specialist.
For the right teacher, there is also the opportunity for a Literacy Lead position with a TLR.
