Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary pupils.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel motivated to learn and succeed.
- Assess pupil progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a cohesive curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching primary pupils, with a strong understanding of primary curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage pupils through creative and innovative teaching methods.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
