Location: Primary School near Wellingborough
Hours: 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Thursday
Role Overview:
As an After School Club Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in supervising and managing our after-school program, ensuring a fun and secure space for our students. Your responsibilities will include overseeing activities, providing a light and nutritious snacks (food provided by the school), and creating an atmosphere where children can learn, play, and socialise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the after-school club activities.
- Provide a light snack to attending pupils around 4:00 PM (sample foods include crumpets, veggie sticks).
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
- Create and organise engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Requirements:
- Paediatric First Aid Qualification (mandatory).
- Ideally, qualifications equivalent to a Nursery Nurse.
- Passionate about working with children and creating a positive environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
