We are looking for full and part-time support workers to join our lifelong learning provision in Aylesbury. The learning centres offer a variety of activities and opportunities for adults with a learning disability and/ or autism to gain new skills, have new experiences and develop their independence.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will join a team with the necessary skills and experience to support adults of all ages with a learning disability who may also have autism, dementia, limited mobility or epilepsy. At times, you may need to provide assistance with personal care or medication and you will be provided with full training and specialist support so that you are well prepared on how best to approach each situation.
