What We're Looking For:
- Someone with a deep understanding of autism spectrum disorders
- A patient and empathetic individual with a heart for helping children thrive
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with children with autism in an educational setting
What You'll Do:
- Provide tailored support to students with autism, helping them succeed in the classroom
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and strategies
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure a cohesive support system
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Track and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
