A growing list of Primary schools in Bedfordshire are searching for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This is to start asap.

As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will be working 1:1 with a child with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. You will be an integral part of engaging the pupil with their schoolwork and helping to raise attainment.

A Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant reduces levels of unauthorised absence, creates an engaging and fun learning environment, confidently de-escalates challenging behaviour and improves a child's communication and social skills.
