Purpose of the Role: As the Careers and Enrichment Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the educational experience of our students, preparing them for future success in education, training, and employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the school's Careers Plan.
- Manage work experience placements and career events.
- Provide careers advice and financial education.
- Establish the school's Enrichment Plan.
- Coordinate partnerships and internal programs.
- Track and evaluate enrichment activities.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders.
Additional Duties:
- Supervise students when necessary.
- Adhere to Safeguarding Policies.
- Undertake other duties as required.
Person Specification:
- Relevant qualifications in education and careers guidance.
- Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in data management and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Gatsby Benchmarks and Compass reports.
- Strong organizational and networking skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
