Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with challenging behaviors, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Implement behavior management strategies and techniques under the guidance of senior staff or behavior analysts.
- Promote positive interactions and communication with clients to help them achieve their goals and maximize their potential.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and caregivers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document and report incidents, progress, and observations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills in working with challenging behaviors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary certifications.
Salary and Benefits:
