Our partner school is seeking a dedicated and passionate Class Teacher to join their dynamic team. Position Overview: As a Class Teacher at this two-form entry Primary School, you will play a pivotal role in the education and development of young learners. You will be part of a supportive team, collaborating closely with your year group partner to ensure the delivery of a high-quality curriculum. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to embark on an exciting journey in their teaching careers, as well as experienced teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's curriculum.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as necessary.
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to build strong home-school partnerships.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development and school events.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Have experience teaching in UK schools.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality education and nurturing young minds.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
