A reputable secondary school in Bracknell, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning by supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Your responsibilities will include managing the classroom, ensuring a positive learning environment, and delivering pre-prepared lesson materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the behavior of students during teacher absence.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes across different subjects.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Manage classroom activities and ensure students remain on task.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role or a strong background in education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and engage students effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to different subjects and classroom environments.
