Role Responsibilities:
Supervise planned lessons across various subjects in the absence of regular teachers.
Maintain a positive learning environment by managing classroom behavior effectively.
Support students in their learning journey, offering guidance and assistance as required.
Record attendance and address any issues arising during sessions.
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure the delivery of effective learning experiences.
Adherence to school policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a classroom environment and engage with students effectively.
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic educational setting.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
