Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain on task and complete set work.
- Managing classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects, maintaining continuity in students' learning.
- Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Providing support to students in their learning and development, responding to their queries and concerns appropriately.
- Liaising with teaching staff and the senior leadership team to ensure smooth operation in the absence of regular teachers.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school environment, particularly in a supervisory or teaching support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
