Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 (dependent on experience)

Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education for students during teacher absences. This permanent position is ideal for individuals passionate about education and looking to make a positive impact on young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior in accordance with the school's policies.
- Provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress and behavior.
- Support students with their learning and encourage academic success.
Requirements:
- Experience working with secondary school students in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in education and student development.
- Ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups as required.
