Location: Buckingham, Buckinghamshire
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Salary: BUCKS PAY RANGE 3, £24,310 to £26,295 FTE (Actual Salary: £18,108 - £19,587)
About Us: Dunbar Education, in partnership with a well-respected secondary school in Buckinghamshire, is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Lesson Cover Supervisor. This role is perfect for someone with a real passion for inspiring learning and a dedication to helping students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and on task.
- Engage and enthuse a diverse range of learners.
- Work productively within a committed and supportive team.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above, or equivalent.
- Confident and competent with day-to-day ICT.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Overseas experience will be considered.
