Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere in the absence of regular teaching staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage students in the absence of the regular class teacher, ensuring a constructive and focused learning environment.
- Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and activities, maintaining continuity in the absence of the teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere.
- Support students with their learning, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a seamless transition when covering lessons.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents that occur during the class.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in education or related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with students is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and engage with students effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different subject areas and year groups.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, during regular school hours.
