Responsibilities:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a conducive learning environment, and managing student behavior. Your duties will include delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, supervising students' work, and maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere within the classroom.
Requirements:
- Mandatory DBS and Safeguarding certifications.
- Ability to obtain DBS and Safeguarding certifications, with support provided by Dunbar Education.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience working within the UK educational sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
