Role Overview: In this role, the successful candidates will provide invaluable support to students with SEN in various educational settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN
- Collaborate with teaching staff to facilitate classroom activities and lessons
- Support students in achieving their learning objectives and developing essential skills
- Provide assistance with personal care and mobility needs, where necessary
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students with SEN is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential)
